What’s your minimum order?
We offer our customers a low minimum order of $200 + GST across all of our brands combined.
If your order is over $500 shipping is offered free of charge for metro delivery addresses - a flat fee will be offered for regional addresses.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards and direct deposit/bank transfer options.
Do you offer 30-day accounts?
We can offer account facilities to customers who make regular orders over $1500
ex GST and have built up a good trading history. Application can be made via email.
What are your shipping charges?
We offer a range of shipping options. Charges are automatically calculated on weight and postcode. If you have a specific shipping requirement or would like to arrange pick up (Melbourne metro) feel free to let the team know. FIS: Free in store offer: Metro delivery - we offer free shipping for orders over $500 excluding GST. Non-Metro - we will offer a flat $25 fee for orders over $500 excluding GST.
I don’t want to have an online account, can I still make orders?
Absolutely, we can assist you with orders on email or by phone if you prefer. Our team are happy to help however we can and will work with an order process that suits you best.
What happens if I order items on ‘Pre-order’?
When ordering online, progress through to check-out as usual. After you have entered your contact details, you will find flexible options on the payment page (as explained below). If you have made an order via email, our team will go through these options with you directly.
Option 1 – We can hold your order without payment until all items are in stock. Our team will advise when the items are ready, organise payment and dispatch the order.
Option 2 – You can choose to part-pay your order. The team will organise payment for the items in stock and dispatch shortly after. When the outstanding items are in stock we will contact you to arrange the final payment and ship those items free of charge.
Option 3 – You are welcome to pay your order in full. We will dispatch any in stock items asap and ship the outstanding items as soon as possible, free of charge. You can pay in full via the credit card system on our website or by choosing the ‘pay in full’ direct deposit option.
Can we access brand images and other sales material?
Absolutely, our website is a great source of information and we are here to help with anything specific to support your sales efforts.
